My artwork and writing is about helping people become more themselves by exploring an authentic life of their own. I believe in joy + kindness and most of all: FUN. (Because if you’re not having fun, what’s the point?)
I love sharing my journey with you on my art + how I’m creating the life I’ve always dreamed of. I want to help you create the life you love by showing you how I’m doing it –quirks, warts and all.
I hope you’ll explore all that this site has to offer–I share musings about life, my art, living in healthy + happy ways. We all want to experience a full, happy life, but sometimes it’s hard to figure out how to get there. I hope you’ll find a place here to explore that.
How did I get here?
That’s me in the picture above, in my favorite jumper on my first day of preschool–I was beyond excited. That was where my love affair of learning began. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with a Health Coaching certification, attended Georgian Court University for a certificate in Holistic Health + also got two Masters degrees in my spare time. Ha! (I really do love school!)
After getting my coaching certification, I realized a part of me still felt empty–I still felt a little lopsided in the creative-fulfillment area so I decided to take a leap and follow my heart. I have always swooned over art + painting, so I started taking an abstract acrylics class at a local gallery. Well! My heart exploded at the first class and hasn’t stopped since.
I began to develop my voice as an artist and grow my body of work, and recently launched my Etsy shop to share my art with the world. It was exhilarating to take that leap to pursue my dreams of being an artist! My shop currently features prints of my original artwork, and soon I’ll be adding postcards and greeting cards, as well as other printed goodies (journals, bags, accessory pouches etc). It’s been such an adventure turning a hobby that I am so passionate about into a small business, and I’ve learned so much about myself in the process.
My purpose for this site is to share my art and what I’ve learned from it, give you a little love + remind you that life is about exploring who we are. We all feel similar things on the inside, but your special story needs to be told. Will you start now?

- I am a DListed junkie.
- I have been to Japan, Mexico, India, Nepal, France, Italy, Ireland, England and other various US locations.
- I’m having a love affair with life, but chocolate comes in at a close second.
- I sleep with earplugs in most nights because my hearing is off the charts sensitive!
- I like oranges but don’t like things that are orange flavored.
- My organs are transposed (I found out after a cat scan).
- I geek out on stationary supplies. I’m not sure why but I love a fresh journal and new pen. 🙂
